Januar 2019

World Trade mark Review 1000 – The World’s Leading Trade mark Professionals 2019 guide has now been published and HGF are proud to have 13 Attorneys listed.

The 13 Attorneys listed in the guide are:

As well as individual rankings, we are also delighted to have been named a leading trade mark firm.

United Kingdom

The guide stated “HGF is fantastic – one of the best IP groups there is. It can help with any query whether it relates to trade marks, designs, patents, domain names or litigation and takes the time to get to know its clients’ businesses to tailor thoroughly practical advice as closely as possible to fit commercial needs. What you get from the firm is just top quality.” For the full review click here.

Benelux

The guide stated, “HGF is one of the biggest and best European IP firms; 160 specialists across 16 offices collaborate seamlessly to render a tight one-stop service to brand owners of all stripes. It built up significant momentum in 2017 – bringing on board Alexander Hagen, Kasper Radstake and Pieter de Ruijter to man a new Amsterdam office was a particularly smart move – and carried this over into 2018 during which it opened new sites in Nottingham, England and Westport, Ireland.” For the full review click here.

Scotland

The guide stated, “Top European trade mark set HGF recently reinforced its team in Glasgow, with Rachel Denholm relocating there from the London office. She has nearly 20 years of experience caring for global brands and, to give just a sample, currently represents AT&T in connection with its global trade mark filing programme; handles oppositions for G-Star Raw; undertakes UK and EU clearance, prosecution and opposition tasks for Ford; and conducts worldwide searches for Boots UK. Her presence really amps up the practice in Scotland, which is cultivated by Neil McKechnie, who continues to impress: “Neil is incredibly diligent and has the ability to explain in lay terms the workings and nuances of the world of trade marks. With 17 offices across the UK, Ireland, Germany, The Netherlands and Switzerland HGF is ideally placed to guide clients through any Brexit process for EU trade marks and to continue to handle all EU and UK trade mark, design and other intellectual property matters after Brexit, as we do now.

WTR 1000 shines a spotlight on the firms and individuals that are deemed outstanding in this criteria area of practice. The WTR 1000 remains the only standalone publication to recommend individual practitioners and their firms exclusively in the trade mark field, and identifies the leading players in 70 key jurisdictions globally.  To view the full listing please click here.
