HGF Munich opened in 2019 following the merger of HGF and Patronus IP.

Munich is the centre of industrial property rights in Europe, playing host to the seat of the German Patent and Trade Mark Office, the European Patent Office with its Boards of Appeal, and a large part of its Examining and Oppositions Divisions. The central office location allows the team to reach out quickly to the nearby offices and courts to represent our clients’ interests.

Our professional team’s collective experience and expertise allows us to provide our clients with a winning combination of technical and commercially sound advice.
