Felix has represented a major SEP holder in complex litigation, gaining deep experience in contentious proceedings before the European Patent Office, German courts, and the Unified Patent Court. His litigation-driven approach ensures that patent portfolios are not only technically sound but also enforceable and commercially valuable.

With master’s degrees in engineering and industrial engineering, Felix combines technical depth with legal strategy. His international perspective was shaped by eight years at a global consulting firm, advising clients across jurisdictions. He also led innovation projects in additive manufacturing at the Fraunhofer Institute IPA.
