Experience

Julia is a German attorney-at-law who carries out German and international prosecution and litigation IP work. She advises on all aspects relating to German and international trade mark, design, and competition law; from developing IP strategies and conducting trademark searches, to handling German national and international trade mark portfolios, to representing clients in infringement, opposition and cancellation proceedings. In addition, Julia drafts licence agreements and supports her clients in the fields of domain and copyright law.
