Experience

Yael is an experienced IP litigator and specialises in contentious IP work, advising clients on IP enforcement and infringement matters. Over the last 10 years, Yael has worked in Israel and in the UK and has gained substantive experience in the healthcare sector. Yael held both in-house and private practice positions, lead and managed multi-jurisdictional litigation proceedings and other enforcement actions.

Yael completed BSc in Biology and LLB in Law, both from the Hebrew university in Jerusalem, and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association and a Registered Foreign Lawyer in the UK. Yael's experience expands across all areas of IP, including disputes concerning patents, trade marks and design rights.
