Experience

As HGF’s Head of Business Development, Jen Feltham leads the firm’s strategic growth agenda across Europe, working closely with partners, attorneys, and international collaborators to strengthen client relationships and drive commercial performance. With a remit spanning key account development, sector-led growth, and cross border partnership building, Jen oversees a business development function that is known internally for being commercially focused, approachable, and deeply aligned with the needs of fee earners and clients alike.
Jen brings extensive experience from senior business development roles in leading professional services firms, including Addleshaw Goddard and Deloitte, before spending several years as an executive coach supporting HGF’s leadership and wider teams. This background gives her a unique blend of commercial insight, people-focused leadership, and an ability to translate strategy into practical, high impact initiatives.
Jen is based in Leeds and works across the firm’s European offices.
