PRESS RELEASE: HGF Announces Promotion of Nine New Partners Following CBPE Investment

May 2025

HGF is proud to announce the promotion of nine new partners across the firm, marking a significant milestone following private investment from CBPE in October 2024. These promotions follow the appointment of three new operations partners in December, bringing the total number of new partners to twelve, making this one of the largest partner promotion rounds in HGF’s history, as the firm proudly celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2025.

This latest round of promotions reflects the continued growth and momentum of the firm, which continues to advance steadily through strategic lateral hires, sustained client success, and internal career progression.

These promotions recognise the exceptional contributions each individual has made to HGF — consistently upholding our values, delivering outstanding client service, and driving the firm’s development. We congratulate all twelve new partners on their well-deserved achievement, including the latest nine:

Martyn Fish, CEO comments “I’m delighted to announce that nine outstanding individuals have been promoted to the partner group. Each of them has consistently embodied HGF’s values through their leadership, commitment, and contribution to our clients and colleagues. As new partners, they will also take on equity ownership in the business — a reflection of the influence and impact they will have in shaping HGF’s future.

As HGF enters this next chapter of growth, the firm remains focused on delivering world-class IP services while building a stronger and more inclusive business.
