Experience

Patrick specialises in the drafting and prosecution of telecommunications and consumer electronics patent applications and has a particular interest in standard-related applications, such as those directed towards the 3GPP family of standards, including 4G and 5G technologies. Patrick also has extensive experience at hearings before the UK IPO and Oral Proceedings before the Examining Division at the EPO.
