Jennifer helps businesses, innovators and in-house teams protect their inventions, manage risk and maximise the value of their intellectual property.

Drawing on more than 10 years' experience as a patent attorney, together with previous technology transfer roles supporting researchers and healthcare professionals, Jennifer understands both the technical and commercial challenges involved in bringing new technologies to market.

She advises clients ranging from individual inventors and growing SMEs to multinational organisations operating across a range of engineering and technology sectors. By taking the time to understand her clients' commercial objectives, Jennifer develops intellectual property strategies that support growth, investment, collaboration and long-term competitive advantage.

Jennifer has an academic background in materials science and engineering and has particular experience supporting clients in the transport, aerospace and defence sectors. She has worked on technologies including advanced materials, alloy compositions, manufacturing processes, testing equipment and engineered components for a variety of industrial applications.

Her experience includes developing patent filing strategies, drafting and prosecuting patent applications worldwide, managing international patent portfolios, advising on freedom to operate and infringement issues, and helping clients identify opportunities to strengthen and protect their competitive position.

Jennifer is passionate about securing commercially relevant intellectual property protection that delivers real business value and supports innovation at every stage of its lifecycle.
