Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), are they a fad or here to stay? What will be their impact on the protection of IP rights, particularly in the world of fashion and retail? NFTs such as virtual clothing and products raise important questions over how they are protected and how their rise could potentially impact the enforcement of IP rights and historic settlement agreements.
We consider all these issues in a discussion of the impact of NFTs on the world of fashion and retail.
