Experience

Kasper has almost 20 years of experience as an IP attorney. He advises clients about the protection, enforcement and exploitation of their IP rights, such as trademarks, designs and copyrights, on a worldwide level. His specialisms cover worldwide portfolio management, cross border opposition and enforcement strategies, due diligence and counterfeit issues. Kasper joined HGF in January 2017.

Kasper graduated in 1996 with a law degree from the University of Amsterdam. In 2001 Kasper passed the exam of the Benelux Trademark and Design Association and became a qualified Benelux and EU Trademark Attorney. Kasper services appealing clients in amongst others the fashion, luxury retail, food, pharmaceutical and horticultural industry.
