Mondaq awards HGF for thought leadership in Germany

November 2023

In recognition of their outstanding contributions, Bernhard Ganahl, Jan Robert Naefe and Dr Markus Zoller have been honoured with the Mondaq Thought Leadership Award for Food, Drugs, Healthcare, and Life Sciences in Germany. This award was presented to them as part of the Autumn 2023 Awards by Mondaq, the leading online platform for legal, financial and regulatory information.

Every two years, the Mondaq Thought Leadership Awards recognise top authors and co-authors whose insights have reached an exceptional readership in the past six months. These awards recognise exceptional thought leadership not only by country, but also in a variety of subject areas.

Bernhard Ganahl, Jan Robert Naefe and Dr Markus Zoller have earned this honour for their outstanding contributions in this area. Their article “Germany: Conducting patent grant procedures”, published by IAM, has captivated readers and demonstrated their exceptional expertise.

The article is an interview with the three German law firm partners on the conduct of patent prosecution in Germany. Patent Prosecution is an essential reference work for intellectual property owners and provides an overview of the key issues they should consider when securing effective patent protection in the world’s major markets. IAM Global Patent Prosecution 2023 was published in February 2023.

Congratulations to Bernhard Ganahl, Jan Robert Naefe and Dr Markus Zoller on being recognised as Thought Leaders! All awards can be viewed here.
