Mondaq awards HGF for thought leadership in Germany

In recognition of their outstanding contributions, Bernhard Ganahl, Jan Robert Naefe and Dr Markus Zoller have been honoured with the Mondaq Thought Leadership Award for Food, Drugs, Healthcare, and Life Sciences in Germany. The article is an interview with the three German law firm partners on the conduct of patent prosecution in Germany. Patent Prosecution is an essential reference work for intellectual property owners and provides an overview of the key issues they should consider when securing effective patent protection in the world’s major markets. IAM Global Patent Prosecution 2023 was published in February 2023.
