HGF France SAS is regulated by the Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle (INPI). Details of the professional rules for registered Conseils en Propriété Industrielle (French patent and trademark attorneys) are in the French Intellectual Property Code and on the CNCPI’s and INPI’s websites.

Our Conseils en Propriété Industrielle are registered at the INPI, and are members of the Compagnie Nationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle (CNCPI) and are subject to the professional rules stipulated by the French Intellectual Property Code, INPI and CNCPI code of conduct, as well as the FICPI (Fédération Internationale des Conseils en Propriété IndustrielleCode of Professional Conduct.
