HGF is proud to have been highly commended in the Diversity and Inclusion Initiative or Programme of the Year – Firm Focused category at the Women & Diversity in Law Awards 2026.

The awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of legal professionals, organisations and teams across the UK that are driving meaningful progress in diversity, equity and inclusion. With an exceptionally high standard of entries, being recognised as a winner or highly commended is a significant achievement.

Earlier this year, HGF was delighted to be named a finalist in the category, with the recognition reflecting the progress we have made in supporting colleagues through menopause and menstruation, alongside our wider commitment to creating an open, inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

We are incredibly proud of everyone across the firm who has contributed to this important work and continues to champion meaningful change at HGF.
