Emma is an experienced, passionate and innovative Learning and Development professional with operation experience in the complete learning cycle. She has over 25 years of experience in People and Talent development gained through education, recruitment, financial services and legal services.

Emma is committed to personal development with a desire to help people to achieve their full potential. She has excellent relationship and stakeholder management, underpinned by strong emotional intelligence skills. Emma works closely with members of the Board and all leaders in the firm to maintain organisational culture and develop strategy. She is a respected and trusted mentor with a proven track record.

Emma leads a team of Learning and Development specialists who are responsible for needs analysis, designing, sourcing, delivering and evaluating learning solutions to support HGF's overall strategic goals and people strategy. The Learning and Development team works to ensure that all our talented colleagues across the business have the opportunity to develop their skills to provide the best client service possible. Training initiatives center around technical skills, soft skills, trainee development programmes and leadership development using a combination of virtual, face-to-face training, eLearning, and coaching techniques.
