IQPC IP World Summit 2019 – Amsterdam

HGF Partners Leythem Wall and Alexander Hagen will be attending IQPC IP World Summit in Amsterdam on 21-23 October.

IQPC IP World Summit is the premier global IP event filled with industry experts from the world’s leading industries. This event offers a mix of thought-provoking and practical sessions covering approaches to IP protection, strategy, and monetisation, including patents, brand protection, copyright, licensing and trade marks.

HGF Partner Leythem Wall will be speaking on day 1 and will be presenting ‘Early Certainty at the EPO and Board of Appeal Rule Changes – are we more certain’. The session will cover:

  • Statistical analysis of the EPO early certainty schemes
  • Overview and strategies in light of upcoming EPO Board of Appeal rule changes
  • Controlling the pace for patentees, and freedom to operate for third parties
