HGF is pleased to invite you to our upcoming German speaking seminar on “Fundamentals of trade mark protection: National and European Perspectives” in Salzburg and Dresden. The seminar will cover fundamental aspects of trade mark protection at both national German and European level.

As part of our German speaking seminar series in Dresden and Salzburg, we are presenting an exciting seminar that deals with the fundamental issues of trade mark protection. Whether you already have experience in the field of trade mark law or are just starting to get to grips with it, this webinar will provide you with valuable insights and practical tips.

Our experienced lawyer Julia Saladin will deal with fundamental aspects of trade mark protection at both German national and European level. We will deal with the path a trademark takes to obtain trademark protection, the use of the trademark to preserve rights, the defence of a trademark and fundamental considerations regarding trademark strategy in companies.
