IAM Navigating the UPC conference

The IAM Live Navigating the UPC will take place at the Marriott Opera Ambassador Hotel, Paris on 5th November 2025. This conference will delve into the UPC’s role in global patent enforcement, and gain perspectives on the international impact of the court.

HGF Partner and Head of Law Rachel Fetches will be moderating the Panel: Towards harmonisation: landmark Court of Appeal decisions. This panel will discuss:
