Experience

Apostolos has over 12 years’ experience in the IP profession and is a qualified UK and EU Trade Mark and Designs Attorney. Apostolos is a Trade Mark Director at HGF, based in our London office.

Apostolos focuses on facilitating the client's preferred outcome in the most cost effective manner, preferably without litigation; should litigation become necessary he has a first class team of IP solicitors to hand in HGF. He enjoys working in close liaison with in-house personnel as a single team.

Apostolos is involved in all aspects of trade mark law, including the management of trade mark portfolios and prosecution of contentious and non-contentious trade mark matters.

He also has extensive experience in designs and frequently advises clients on design strategies and freedom-to-use matters.

Apostolos handles trade mark and design portfolios for clients on a UK, European and worldwide basis, in many different sectors including in retail, automotive, aviation, technology and finance industries.
