Melissa is a qualified Trade Mark Attorney who recently obtained her Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice from Nottingham Trent University, achieving a distinction. She also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice from Queen Mary University of London, where she was awarded the Director’s Prize for achieving the highest overall mark. At the University of Manchester, Melissa studied Law, obtaining a Distinction in her Master’s degree and a First Class Honours degree in Law. Under the supervision of qualified Trade Mark Attorneys, Melissa is working with clients from a wide range of industries.

She joined HGF in 2021 in the Trade Mark Formalities team so has a wide range of knowledge in regards to trade mark law and procedure. Whilst in this position, Melissa also completed her CITMA Paralegal Qualification
