Experience

Melissa is a part qualified Trade Mark Attorney who recently obtained her PG Certificate in trade mark law and practice from Queen Mary University. Melissa was awarded the Director's prize on the course for achieving the highest overall mark. She also obtained a Distinction in her Law's Master's degree and a First Class Law degree from the University of Manchester.

Under the supervision of qualified Trade Mark Attorneys, Melissa is working with clients from a wide range of industries.

She joined HGF in 2021 in the Trade Mark Formalities team so has a wide range of knowledge in regards to trade mark law and procedure. Whilst in this position, Melissa also completed her CITMA Paralegal Qualification.

Melissa will begin her studies at Nottingham University to obtain her Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice.
