Experience

Jessica’s practice covers a wide range of inventions in the fields of materials science, physical chemistry, food technology, oil & gas, catalysis, and photovoltaics, and she is acting for a diverse range of companies across these technologies, from start-ups to multinationals.

She furthermore represents clients in Opposition and Appeal Proceedings before the European Patent Office.

Jessica also has experience in managing large IP portfolios, having spent several years working in-house for a multinational oil and gas company.

Before joining the patent profession in 2007, she worked as a researcher and university lecturer at Imperial College London and TU Eindhoven.

Jessica is qualified as a Dutch and European Patent Attorney (2010).
