Experience

Jason is Chairman of the HGF Group of Companies, a position he has held since 2008. As Chairman, Jason is a leading member of the firm's strategic management board and operational executive. Jason is responsible for many of the firms internal and external facing policies, including HGF's property portfolio, business continuity planning, ecological sustainability, corporate social responsibility, diversity and inclusivity and acts as HGF's Head of Legal Practice.

As a brand specialist, Jason advises clients on all aspects of brand protection and strategy, advising on brand clearance searching, files trade mark applications in the UK and Europe Union and manages worldwide trade mark portfolios for SME and Blue Chip clients. Jason is experienced both in bringing and defending trade mark opposition before the UK and EU Intellectual Property Offices.
