Experience

Daniel is a Trainee Patent Attorney in HGF’s Technology and Engineering group and based at our York office.

Daniel graduated from the University of Hull in 2020 achieving a first class integrated Master’s degree in Physics with focus on optics and nanophotonics. Following his undergraduate studies, Daniel completed a PhD in Electronic Engineering at the University of Leeds, with a thesis concerning the study of Terahertz-frequency radiation and its use in microscopy.

As well as a broad technical background, Daniel’s expertise lie in opto-electronic systems, Terahertz technologies and nanoelectronics.
