Amy is an IP Solicitor specialising in contentious intellectual property matters, with particular experience in trade mark, copyright, design right and patent disputes. She advises a broad range of clients, from SMEs to multinational businesses, on intellectual property enforcement, disputes and brand protection strategies across the UK and Europe. She is recognised for providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice tailored to her clients' objectives.

Previously seconded to Volkswagen Group, Amy managed all small claims litigation for the Audi, CUPRA and SEAT brands, gaining valuable experience in handling high-volume disputes and aligning legal strategy with broader commercial objectives.

With an academic background in both English and French law, Amy brings a strong understanding of cross-border issues and the commercial considerations that underpin international intellectual property disputes.
