Amrit is an experienced Patent Analyst with a strong background in all types of patent searches and IP research.

Amrit's technical proficiency spans a broad range of technologies, including cloud computing, e-commerce, warehouse robotics, autonomous vehicles, wireless communication, computer vision, gaming, robotics, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, wearable devices, smart home and home automation systems, consumer electronics, content delivery networks, and home appliances.

Amrit has led and contributed to a variety of IP search and intelligence projects, including freedom-to-operate (FTO) studies, patentability assessments, patent and technology landscaping, competitor benchmarking, and portfolio divestment studies. Amrit has played a key role in infringement assessments, development of detailed Evidence of Use (EoU) charts, and identification of potential infringers and licensees, contributing significantly to successful patent licensing initiatives.

Amrit has demonstrated strong expertise in prior art searches and invalidation studies, uncovering critical prior art in several high-stakes patent opposition and litigation cases. Additionally, Amrit has provided valuable support in preparing patent prosecution responses by identifying and articulating key technical distinctions between cited prior art and the subject patent applications.

Amrit’s accomplishments also include conducting patent mining projects to identify high-value assets, streamlining workflows for licensing teams, and pinpointing assets with acquisition potential to support IP strategies. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, offering a strong foundation for understanding and analyzing complex technologies across multiple domains.
