MARQUES Jahrestagung

August 2023

Die MARQUES-Jahrestagung wird vom 19. bis 22. September 2023 in Berlin stattfinden.

Auf den Konferenzen des MARQUES-Jahrestreffens wird erörtert, wie sich Vielfalt und das kulturelle Umfeld auf die Authentizität von Marken auswirken. Es werden viele verschiedene Themen diskutiert, wie z.B. Piloting Brands, neue Regeln für E-Commerce und KI und vieles mehr.

Auf den Podiumsdiskussionen der WIPO werden die verschiedenen Herausforderungen, denen sich die Mitgliedstaaten gegenübersehen, sowie die Rechtsprechung des Gerichtshofs und internationale Strategien zum Schutz von Geschmacksmustern erörtert.

Am Donnerstagnachmittag können Sie außerdem an einem Workshop teilnehmen.

HGF Direktorin für Markenrecht, Claire Jones und Partner und Trade Mark Attorney, Richard Wylie werden an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen.
