HGF ist stolz darauf, Platin-Sponsor der LSPN North America im Herbst 2024 zu sein.

Die diesjährige Veranstaltung findet am Dienstag, den 15. und Mittwoch, den 16. Oktober 2024 in San Francisco statt. Diese branchenführende Veranstaltung bietet eine einzigartige Zusammenkunft interner Patentanwälte führender Pharma- und Biotechnologieunternehmen. LSPN bietet den innovativsten Patentinhabern der Branche eine umfassende Plattform, um die Herausforderungen, mit denen sie konfrontiert sind, anzugehen und Lösungen zu finden.

Unser Leiter der Chemieabteilung, Andrew Wells wird in dem Vortrag ‚EU-Vorschriften für klinische Studien – Überlegungen zum geistigen Eigentum‘ sprechen. Leiterin für Biowissenschaften, Kate Taylor und Partner Mike Nelson werden außerdem eine Diskussionsrunde zum Thema „Navigating Clinical Trial Disclosure Requirements“ (Orientierung in den Offenlegungspflichten für klinische Studien) veranstalten.
