This role is responsible for identifying training needs through traceable, data‑driven methods; designing, preparing and delivering training programmes; and ensuring training leads to measurable improvements in knowledge, productivity and compliance.

About You

You’re someone who takes pride in helping others grow. With a natural ability to explain complex processes clearly and confidently, you thrive in a role where you can develop people, strengthen capability, and support high‑quality work across the firm. You have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working with data to identify training needs, and are motivated by seeing measurable improvements in colleagues’ knowledge, performance and compliance.

You’re experienced in designing and delivering engaging training—whether in person or virtually—and you’re comfortable tailoring your approach to different learning styles, experience levels and regional requirements. You’re proactive, organised, and confident collaborating with a range of stakeholders, from Professional Standards to operational teams across multiple offices.

You value consistency and accuracy, and you’re committed to maintaining clear, up‑to‑date documentation that supports firmwide standards. Most importantly, you bring a mindset of continuous improvement: you’re curious, adaptable, and always looking for ways to enhance processes, elevate training quality, and contribute to a culture of excellence within the Patent Support Service.
