What attracted you to a career at HGF?
I have to admit, before joining HGF my knowledge of the IP law sector was minimal, however from my first meeting what came across to me was the ambition and purpose to grow but in a way that is built upon its people.
What parts of your job do you enjoy the most?
Definitely the level of people interaction that my job allows me, travelling across the UK and Europe and meeting with recruiting managers in person is something I enjoy and allows me to carry out my role much more effectively. I also enjoy having the opportunity to contribute to company-wide projects as I am currently doing with our ongoing equality, diversity and inclusion strategy and how recruitment can play its part in that.
What do you value at HGF?
Everyone’s roles, responsibilities and contribution to the success of the business is appreciated by the senior members of the company. Seeing this and the continued growth of the business makes it exciting to work here.
