Caroline is an experienced trade mark practitioner, advising on a range of commercial and contentious branding matters. She is a dual qualified Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and IP Solicitor.

Caroline works at a strategic level, guiding clients through the process of trade mark selection, adoption and protection in the UK, EU and internationally. She also advises on contentious matters, including the handling of trade mark oppositions, trade mark infringement and enforcement issues.

She works closely with her clients to understand their business and priorities, developing commercial brand strategies and carrying out bespoke IP Audits. She provides practical advice and cost-effective solutions, through clear and straightforward communication.
