About the webinar

The preliminary phase of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) is now underway and it is likely to enter into force in early 2023.

In our webinar on the UPC and the European patent with unitary effect or unitary patent (UP), we will explain how you can obtain unitary protection for a large part of the EU member states with a single application to the European Patent Office.

We will discuss the impact of the UPC on your existing European patent portfolios and the possibility of a unitary procedure enabling the enforcement of European patents valid and in force in the participating EU Member States. In addition to the basics, we will also address recent developments related to the UPC and share any news with you.

Speaker

Bernhard Ganahl –  Partner & Patent Attorney

Please note – the webinar will be held in German language.
