Josephine is a commercial IP expert driven to deliver practical legal solutions for her clients that align with their business objectives and strategy.

Josephine supports her clients in all aspects of commercial IP management, having assisted clients with IP audits and due diligence reviews, and advised clients on the commercial exploitation of their IP assets through licensing, joint-venture agreements, research and collaboration agreements, transfer agreements, settlement agreements and assignments.

Josephine is also proficient in providing general commercial in-house style support to her clients, advising on all manners of commercial legal matters from influencer agreements to website terms and conditions.

Since joining HGF, Josephine has developed her litigation knowledge and experience across all of the IP rights, having advised and assisted clients on copyright, trade mark, passing off and patent cases in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, Patents Court and the High Court.
