Experience

Jamie has over 20 years’ experience in the patent profession, working both in private practise and in-house. He specialises in the field of chemistry, particularly medical devices, pharmaceuticals and performance chemicals.

As well as drafting and prosecuting patent applications and managing global patent portfolios, he handles contentious EPO opposition and appeal proceedings having gained significant experience whilst living and working in Munich. Jamie also provides strategic advice on IP portfolios, and opinions on the infringement and validity of patents.
