Experience

Diana holds a Master of Chemistry degree from the University of Oxford. During her final year research project, she specialised in the field of Supramolecular structures, such as catenanes and rotaxanes, with a view to selective anion recognition.

Diana has experience of drafting and prosecuting patent applications across a wide range of technologies, but particularly in the field of new chemical entities, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals and medical devices. Diana also has experience of attending opposition hearings at the EPO and assisting in the preparation of freedom-to-operate opinions.

Diana has enjoyed working with a varied client base, from multinational organisations to universities.

Diana is a Chartered UK and European Patent Attorney.
