Experience

Daniel is an experienced European and Chartered (UK) Patent Attorney with over a decade of experience in Intellectual Property.

Daniel has an academic background in Chemistry, but has spent his career across both chemical and mechanical engineering fields. He has worked with a broad range of technology, including recycling and waste-to-energy systems, foundry products, food science, construction products, medical devices, and oil-and-gas systems.

With a heavy emphasis on direct client work and including a client secondment for a number of years, Daniel has extensive experience advising businesses all the way from initial inception through to product launch, including critical processes such as IP searching, freedom-to-operate, and infringement analysis.
