HGF are proud to have been shortlisted for the Professional Services Management Excellence Awards due to take place on 26th March.

The Professional Services Management Excellence Awards, in association with knowledge partners Harvard Business Review and the Financial Times, uniquely recognise and celebrate the contribution of leaders, management teams, and rising stars.

HGF have been nominated for the following award:

  • Excellence in Social Impact – HGF Enhanced Parental Leave Policy

We are extremely proud to have been recognised for our enhanced parental leave policy which came into effect this year, positioning us as the first Intellectual Property firm in the UK to provide all eligible colleagues, irrespective of gender with access to the best parental leave and pay offering, including up to 52 weeks’ leave with 26 weeks at full pay.
