HGF has been nominated for ‘Leadership Training Programme of the Year’ in Europe (Excluding UK) award at the Legal Benchmarking Group Social Impact EMEA Awards 2024

HGF are proud to be nominated for the award ‘Leadership Training Programme of the Year’ in Europe (excluding the UK) at the Legal Benchmarking Group Social Impact EMEA Awards 2024.

The Legal Benchmarking Social Impact awards will present regional winners in EMEA, Canada, United States, and Latin America and celebrates the most cutting-edge social impact and inclusion achievements across leading law firms.

Emma Wilkinson, Isabella Laughlin and Louise Thomas are pleased to be attending the awards which will take place on Thursday 12th September at the Waldork Hilton, London.

Learning and Development Director, Emma Wilkinson commented: We are delighted to have received a nomination from the Legal Benchmarking Group Social Impact EMEA Awards for Leadership Training Programme of the Year.  This is a significant achievement that recognises the time and energy our leaders have invested in the programme and reflects the collaboration and passion we have seen in the training courses from leaders across HGF at all levels.  The programme has played a key role in supporting our cultural integration across all our offices in Europe. The Learning and Development Team have worked really hard to develop and deliver a leadership development programme based on our Core values and shows HGF’s commitment and investment in our people.
