January 2025

Event date: 18th March 2025

We are proud to share that we have been nominated for two awards at The Women and Diversity in Law Awards which will take place on 18th March at Hilton Bankside, London.

These awards recognise outstanding women leaders and practitioners as well as the legal teams and businesses making significant strides in ensuring the UK legal profession is more equitable and reflective of the society in which it operates.

We have been nominated for:

  • ‘Rising Star – National / Regional Law Firm’

Senior Trade Mark Attorney Cherry Shin has been recognised for her exceptional contributions and leadership within the legal industry.

  • ‘Age and Life Stage Initiative of the Year – HGF Enhanced Parental Leave Policy

HGF’s Enhanced Parental Leave Policy has been recognised, with its offering of 52 weeks of leave with 26 weeks at full pay for all eligible colleagues, irrespective of gender.

These nominations reflect the hard work and dedication of our team. At HGF we are committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we are proud to have our efforts recognised at this esteemed event. Through our ongoing people strategy and DEI plan, our leadership and management teams are committed to supporting our people, helping them flourish and reach their full potential.
