NBA IP Law Committee – Nashville

HGF Senior Trade Mark Attorney Lauren Somers will be presenting “IP Rights in the UK and EU facing Brexit” at the NBA IP Law Committee, 28 February in Nashville.

The semiar will be held at a meeting of the NBA Intellectual Property Committee. It will provide a summary of the current position of Brexit, discussing the legal and practical implications of both a deal and a no-deal scenario. This will include the impact on granted EU trade mark registrations, pending applications, ongoing oppositions and cancellation actions, exhaustion, as well as registered and unregistered designs.

Lauren Somers will be a special guest speaker, presenting a program focusing on IP rights in the UK and EU in the face of Brexit.
