Join the webinar, where HGF Partner Lee Curtis will explore how the way branded product is searched and purchased is changing with the introduction and growth of AI in the world of retail and how that potentially will impact trade mark law. It will consider the rise of ‘voice search’ which goes hand in hand with the rise of AI, consider issues of who or what is liable for IP infringements and how AI could potentially impact the world of comparative advertising.
