HGF in the Hague opened in 2015 to cater for clients in the Benelux, providing direct representation at proceedings at the European Patent Office branch located in the Hague. Our attorneys can act directly before the EPO, the Dutch and the Belgian patent office, and file trade marks and designs at the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property.

Well-connected with the universities and small businesses in the area, our attorneys possess expertise in a range of fields including chemistry, life sciences, polymer sciences, bio sciences and pharmaceuticals. The team also collaborates with the firm’s multidisciplinary specialists across the company to offer IP services spanning trade marks, engineering and electronics.
