Beth has over a decade of experience in supporting clients to obtain commercially relevant and strategically valuable protection for their IP portfolios.

She has worked with a wide range of innovators, from entrepreneurs and SMEs to some of the world's biggest companies, in technologies including oil and gas, renewables, medical devices, VR/AR, femtech, and consumer goods.

Beth's practice includes patent application drafting and prosecution in the UK, Europe, and internationally. She is also experienced in providing freedom to operate, infringement, and validity opinions, and due diligence projects involving company and IP investment/acquisition.
