In 2009 Robin passed the exam of the Benelux Trademark and Design Association and became a qualified Benelux and EU Trademark Attorney. Robin serviced appealing clients in amongst others the fashion, food, semiconductor, automotive, cycling, conference and horticultural industry.

Robin considers himself to be a good fun and friendly person with a good sense of humour. He’s a flexible and highly experienced senior trade mark attorney. Robin likes the legal aspects of the job, but also enjoys working on the commercial and social aspects (e.g. BD, acquisition and client visits). He’s reliable, self-motivated, commercially focused, dedicated, pragmatic and has great self-awareness (in order to best service his clients, he knows when to delegate a potential lawsuit to an IP law firm). Furthermore, he’s customer friendly, customer oriented, helpful, straightforward, polite and has great listening, communication and time management skills.

Robin gained a lot of experience with strategic and cost-efficient management of rapidly growing, international IP portfolio's. Furthermore, he’s frequently been involved with trade mark clearance projects, due diligence & re-branding projects. Robin joined HGF in June 2023.
