HGF Partner and Head of Chemistry Andrew Wells will be speaking on the panel ‘Intellectual Property – Getting it Right from the Outset’

The panel will discuss:

A comprehensive overview of intellectual property rights, focusing on patent protection and why IP is an important consideration in the business journey. He will cover essential topics such as the patent process from conception to grant, and the structure of a patent. Additionally, Andrew will share further insights into IP protection and freedom to operate, using case studies where HGF has navigated the complexities of intellectual property in the health and life sciences sector.
