Experience

Sian has expertise in IP litigation and non-contentious IP matters. She is passionate about life sciences and has primarily advised pharmaceutical clients across all stages of patent litigation.

Sian's experience includes a twelve-month secondment within an Australian health department (Office for Health and Medical Research) and has worked in-house at a pharmaceutical company. She completed a BSc and LLB at Monash University in Australia, is a member of the NSW Law Society and is a Registered Foreign Lawyer in the UK.
