Experience

Vinay transitioned into the legal profession after a career in engineering, bringing with him academic and professional experience across Asia and North America. Now a trainee solicitor at HGF, Vinay continues to develop his expertise in Intellectual Property law, with a focus on enforcing and defending clients' IP rights, including litigation in the IPEC, King's Bench Division of the High Court, Patents Court and the Court of Appeal. His work aims to leverage technology to deliver practical IP solutions aligned with clients' commercial objectives.
