Dr Chris Benson will be presenting ‘Autonomous Vehicle IP – Who will own the future?’ His presentation will cover key topics such as:

  • The types of IP involved with autonomous vehicles
  • Analysis of patent filing data relating to autonomous vehicles to consider the number of filings in recent years, the types of companies filing (and also not filing patents), in particular in differing geographical regions
  • The technical areas relating to autonomous vehicles in which developments might be patent protected
