LES Benelux Licensing course 2019 – The Hague

November 2019

Event date: 4th November 2019

HGF Partner Dr Achim Krebs will be teaching a LES Benelux course on technology licensing on 4-5th November in The Hague.

This two-day course combines one day of negotiation study and legal fundamentals with a second day of a license drafting workshop. Dr Achim Krebs will be one of the lead presenters on both days, guiding the participants through an in-depth licence negotiation case study during which delegates will have the opportunity to experience and resolve a realistic IP situation.

On the second day, a License Drafting Workshop ensures for a more detailed basic insight into the construction of a license agreement. It comprises an in-depth workshop exploring the anatomy of a license agreement, section by section, and providing practical advice on how to draft a successful agreement.
