UPC Rules of Procedure Finalised

November 2015

The UPC Signatory States have agreed and adopted a final version of the Rules of Procedure, subject to any future amendments on the court fees.

The tables at pages 141 and 142 give an overview of stages of Infringement and Revocation proceedings.

The full Rules of Procedure can be found here.

With the location of the London branch of the UPC already secured (see here), the finalisation of the Rules are an essential element for turning the proposed Unified Patent Court into a reality.
